I'm logged in. But let's discuss this way. What other books have you read beside the SHRM learning system. There are two books I'm currently reviewing, one by Anne Borgus(?) and the Other by Larry Phillips. Okay books, I used them more for the tests.

What areas have you tested to show where you needed improvement?

Dianne

We really should start will reviewing Module 1 and Module 2. During my searching a found overheads for all the Modules, but knowing what I do about copyright laws, I'm not sure about sharing.

In a directive interview the interviewer maintains control. In a structured interview all the questions that are asked of every applicant is the same.

The best way I remember reliability vs validity is that a hammer is always reliable it is used to hit something, but it's not always valid because you can hit your thumb.

Internet job seekers become applicants when they express an interest in the job.

The four management functions?

Let's try Tuesday night, if possible it's so close to Christmas. Again, I might just email you with topics through the day. Have a good evening.
