I didn't pass the SPHR earlier this year and plan to retake the test in January. I did very poorly in Strategic Management. I'm not a strategic thinker! I've worked in HR for 8 years, but there are very few strategic elements to my job. Do you know of any resources that can help me learn to "think" the way I need to for the SPHR?

I know that SHRM has a conference dedicated to strategic management. That might help some, though I don't know when it is. I'd also suggest looking for practice questions in that area and practice, practice, practice! That way you'll know if your doing any better in that area.
