Did you think a question like the following would be on the test?

The requirement that employment selection tests must be job related was established by which Supreme Court case?

I know that selection tests must be job related, but will I need to know what legal case established that?

It's unlikely that you would have to pick an answer from a list of legal cases. However, you might have a question that says something like, "In Griggs v. Duke Power Company, the Supreme Court established that employment selection tests must"...with "be job related" being one of the possible answers.
